PT Semen Tonasa recently conducted a Building Bonds activity aimed at strengthening unity, solidarity, and leadership synergy within the company. The event, held at Semen Tonasa Golf Club (STGC) Tonasa 1, was attended by approximately 99 participants on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

The final phase of Building Bonds involved the company’s Board of Directors, including President Director Anis, Operations Director Mochamad Alfin Zaini, and Finance Director Sulaiha Muhyiddin, as well as Directors of Affiliate Companies and executive staff from Band 1 and Band 2 within PT Semen Tonasa.

During the event, participants engaged in tree planting activities at STGC Tonasa 1, followed by a 7-kilometer hike from Mangemba to the Rammang-Rammang karst area, exploring rice fields, mountains, and river streams.

President Director of PT Semen Tonasa, Anis, emphasized that Building Bonds serves as a strategic opportunity to strengthen unity and align visions among company leaders. He highlighted the importance of solid leadership, open communication, and strong collaboration to ensure all elements of the company move together towards shared goals.

Operations Director Mochamad Alfin Zaini stressed the vital role of the activity in enhancing synergy between leadership and operational implementation in the field. He emphasized the need for teamwork and trust among executives to drive operational effectiveness within the company.

Similarly, Finance Director Sulaiha Muhyiddin emphasized the significance of Building Bonds in fostering a shared perspective to maintain the performance and sustainability of the company. She highlighted the importance of strong synergy among leaders in making informed, efficient, and long-term oriented decisions.

The Building Bonds activities conducted in multiple batches are expected to reinforce leadership values, unity, and cross-unit collaboration, reflecting PT Semen Tonasa’s commitment to environmental preservation and sustainability.
